Experience with SQL, Dynamic SQL, PL/SQL;
Design and develop procedures, function;
Experience with Business Objects tools including Universe Design Tool, Web Intelligence; Data entry, data auditing, creating data reports, data marts and monitoring all data for accuracy;
Optimizing SQL queries;
Testing reports.
Preparing business requirements for completion CRM systems
Testing and analysis improvements CRM.
Analysis of the effectiveness of targeted campaigns

Preparing reports in Excel and SQL
